Turn off 2 step authorization in Quickbooks time
I am a sole proprietor using Quickbooks Time to track my time by client. I have no need for two step authorization in my Quickbooks time. There is no risk whatsoever. Yet every time I try to access Quickbooks time, it sends a code to my email address. It doesn't matter if I clocked in five minutes ago and now I want to clock out, I have to sign in all over again, which includes going to my email to get a code. Sometimes, like just now, it then sends another code to my phone. So then I have to type that code in as well. It is absolutely infuriating, unnecessary and I really want to turn this off. I have even contacted Quickbooks support by phone, and that person was not help at all.
I have followed the instructions that say to log into your Insuit account and turn off two step authorization. That has no effect. If anyone can help me with this, I would be very grateful. Thank you!
