Unable to Login to QuickBooks Time -- Not Receiving Text Verification Code
Lately. when I attempt to login to QuickBooks Time, and I request that the verification code be texted to the phone number in my account, I haven't received the text immediately.
Oftentimes, I will click on "I didn't get a text message," and then I click "Text a code" again and then after a few minutes, I will receive the text with the code. Sometimes, I have to try only a couple of times. Today, I have tried numerous times with no success.
Please can you have your programmers check on this, especially since the problem is getting worse.
