Unable to Login to QuickBooks Time -- Not Receiving Text Verification Code

Lately. when I attempt to login to QuickBooks Time, and I request that the verification code be texted to the phone number in my account, I haven't received the text immediately.

 

Oftentimes, I will click on "I didn't get a text message," and then I click "Text a code" again and then after a few minutes, I will receive the text with the code. Sometimes, I have to try only a couple of times. Today, I have tried numerous times with no success.

 

Please can you have your programmers check on this, especially since the problem is getting worse.

Additionally, please ensure that you have not accidentally blocked the phone number from which the text message was sent. If you have, please make sure to unblock or allow this number on your iOS or Android device.

 

If restarting your phone and unblocking the number do not resolve the issue, you can request a new code by selecting the "I didn't get a text" option on the product sign-in page. This will direct you to alternative options, such as receiving the code via email or phone call.
