Unapproved time sheets are locked
Long story short - I approved, exported, then unapproved all time for the month of May, for myself and my sole employee.
The approvals report in Quickbooks time shows that all hours are unapproved. There are no corresponding time entries in QBO invoices. This is as it should be.
However, in the QBT time sheet itself, all of the entries are locked. Attempting to edit them generates an error message that I cannot edit because it is approved and exported, and gives me the hint to try again after a manager unapproves or rejects the time sheet. But the sheet is unapproved. I am not given an option on the approvals page to reject.
