Uploading pictures into the app

I have a couple of guys that have updated to the newest release of the time app and are unable to upload pictures.  They are choosing them and the app acts like it is doing it but they are not actually showing after they are done.  Any ideas?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'll help you resolve the issue of your contractors about their pictures.

 

It's possible the issue is caused by a poor connection, or there's a feature on their device that blocks QuickBooks Time processes. You can have them sync their data using the steps below.

 

  1. Click More in the bottom right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Sync.

 

If the steps don't work, you can have them re-install their app. However, please have them take screenshots of the photos (and time entries if any) that are not syncing, as they will be lost.

 

On the other hand, if you need more references for QuickBooks Time, just visit the main support page and click More topics.

It is syncing their notes and their times correctly.  It is just not actually uploading the pictures.  I did it with one of them this morning.  His pictures were there along with his notes and when he clicked clock out the pictures were no longer there but his notes were.  I can't see them on the admin side on the website either.
