Verification Code for "My Team"

I am trying to add a new team member.  When I click "My Team" it asks to send an email verification code.  The email never arrives.  I tried dozens of times.  How can I log into "My Team" when it never sends me the code?

I can see how you want to work for QuickBooks Time to work smoothly in generating a verification code without issues, Kevin.

 

Sometimes you'll be experiencing this unexpected behavior once a day. Admin users must log out from all Intuit Products using their web browser as a workaround. If you're the admin, you can go to accounts.intuit.com and log in with the same information used for QBTime.

 

Once done, open another browser tab log into tsheets.intuit.com, and try to open My Team 5. The first time you open My Team, you'll still need to  "step up" to confirm if you have the correct permissions to view My Team. The prompt should only happen once every 24 hours and My Team should pop right up after the code is entered.

 

However, if you're still getting the same behavior, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can look into this and investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
