Worker's Comp Codes in Quickbooks Time

When I enter employee's time into QT, I also need to designate the worker's comp code they worked under.  This particular client is a construction company so they can work on 3-4 difference codes a day. I initially put it as a Service Item but it didn't track over and keep record of it.

Thanks for getting back to the thread and adding a screenshot, @Conehead57.

Currently, the option to designate the worker's comp code when entering employees' time into QuickBooks Time is unavailable. For now, I'd suggest entering the code on your notes or service items for viewing purposes.

In case you're using the QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced subscriptions, you can utilize the class tracking feature as well.

I'd also recommend sending feedback to our developers so they can review your suggestions and improve your experience in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. In the Workforce app, go to Setting or More and click Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback, and select Send feedback.

You can also see Learn about and get workers' compensation insurance to use as a future reference about workers' comp in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have additional questions about worker's comp codes in QuickBooks Time. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.

I do sync my QB Time to my QBO to get the hours transferred over.  This is the juncture where I'm hoping for the WC codes to transfer with the hours. Attached (hopefully) is the screen shot you requested.
