quickbooks time

I keep getting emails telling me I "must complete the update in order to use QuickBooks Time."

I don;t have quickbooks time installed on any laptop, phone, at all.  I've never used it.

How can I stop QB sending me these emails?

The email supposedly has a link to "Chat" but the landing page has no available chat function

Hello Paul, Thanks for contacting the Community about the QB time emails you're receiving. At the bottom of the email, there should be an option to unsubscribe. Alternatively, if you have QB but not QB time if you can sign in here  and update the preferences so you don't receive these communications.

unfortunately there is nothing under either of those links to amend communications relating to quickbooks time

there's nothing anywhere to do with communications preferences
