QuickBooks Time

Hi. Can anyone help me with the following? I can not resubmit re-run payroll (core-payroll). The following message is displayed - "You cannot enter a pay run date that is earlier than 10/04/2025, the date you chose to begin using our service". What does it mean? How can I fix it?

I am trialing Quickbooks Time and setting up weekly shifts which repeat.For repeat there are currently only two options for when the repeat runs until: "after" - a set number of repeatsOR"on" - a set date i can't find the obvious repeat "forever" option..... Any ideas

I am trialing Quickbooks Time and entering employee shifts.I add an employee for a shift 10am to 12pm Today.I add the same employee for a second shift 11am to 1pm Today.There is now a clash between 11am and 12, is there a setting to show warnings or totally prevent this from happening, i understand some businesses may have a supervisor scheduled to multiple jobs at the same time but we are scheduling cleaning staff to attend customer locations so they will never be in two places at once.

Hello I would like to use QUickBooks Time as a timesheet for my remote developers / software engineers.They work on multiple projects and each project has variety of tasks.  I need to be able to see how many hours they are charging to each task/project.  It also needs to be easy - rather than a burden.  Anyone using it who can share experience?  I am happy to arrange a call if easier.Thank you Jitesh 

Is anyone elses Quickbooks incredibly slow loading today. 

We stopped using QB Time and our subscription at the start of the year. I still get a weekly email telling me we booked no time (obviously not).The unsubscribe button takes me to a login page and a button to renew our subscription - anyone know a way to unsubscribe from QB Time emails without buying a subscription? I think it is a legal requirement to allow people to unsubscribe from mailing lists? Thanks 

Why have my workers not got a Time entry tab

We are a firm of accountants who are about to start using QBs Time after using timesheets in QBs desktop for years. Our issue is that we would like to be able to approve the timesheets so that they are pulled through to QBs online by customer rather than by day or week for billing purposes. QBs Time do not appear to have a solution for this and instead have suggested approving the timesheets, raising a bill and then unlocking the timesheets again so that staff can continue to enter time for the rest of the day. This seems very messy, especially since only the primary admin user can approve and unlock timesheets.We have given feedback asking if approval by customer can be considered as a development to improve things and in the meantime we will probably be approving timesheets on a daily basis and sending bills out the day following sending the accounts etc to the client rather than at the same time.Are there any firms of accountants using QBs Time already who have overcome this issue?M

I'm looking to import clients in from a CSV file into my QB time customers area. It gives me an option to delete all the existing customers and import a complete fresh set of customers. My question is would that delete the existing data we have for the clients on our previous timesheets?

I'm trying to import clients from a software into QB time for timesheet purposes.It gives me an option to completely delete the current ones and replace them with a whole fresh set of clients.Will this delete the data of clients info entered in previous timesheets?

I was able to login to QuickBooks Time yesterday but today I can't. I have been onto Intuit Accounts - Sign In and reset my password but that made no difference. How do I login?

 As per title, I never subscrived to this and I cannot log in to any profile but I receive emails and there is no unsubscribe from there. Trying to contact support but they just close the chat. Any help?

I have a Mobile Home Park with about 50 units, we invoice Tenants for Water usage after taking meter readings. Now I enter meter readings into an Excel spreadsheet, calculating usage, & then I use Microsoft Word's merge capability to create an invoice for each individual Tenant. Is there an app that I can use to do this that will sync with my quickbooks and also email invoices to Tenants?

My staff clock in and out, they are not linked to certain services. Simply start and finish times. When I come to run payroll on QBO not all my staff hours sync. The ones that do sync also include sick hours as worked even though they are not shown not the hours summary report in QB Time. Sick pay is a different pay rate so I don't want it imported as work.  What am I doing wrong and how to I get all staff to sync. Also if my staff member is due to start at 8am and they eagerly clock in at 7.45am do I have to manually change each clock in or is there a more productive, streamlined way to do this. UK based. Hi We have recently started to use Quickbooks Time for our construction business.One of our CIS Subcontractors is refusing to use it as he says he believes it would put him inside IR35 legislation. I don't believe this, I think he's just not wanting to play ball as he won't be able to swing the lead as much. Can anyone confirm if this is the case, or give me a suitable reply please?

Is it possible for 2 members of staff to charge time to the same customer for the same time period?  I keep getting an error message that wont let us record the time entry.  For example staff member A works on client A betweeen 10 and 11am.Staff member B also works on client A between 10.15 and 10.30.  How does the system deal with this please? Thanks

Hi,  Currently some employees are able to add clockins after the fact, I want to remove that feature so that they can only clock in 'live' can anyone advise how to do this? ThanksJS

I keep getting emails telling me I "must complete the update in order to use QuickBooks Time."I don;t have quickbooks time installed on any laptop, phone, at all.  I've never used it.How can I stop QB sending me these emails?The email supposedly has a link to "Chat" but the landing page has no available chat function
