Unable to Login to Quick books time account

When I am accepting the invitation and trying to log in to my Quick books time account I am getting the following error:

Wrong Link

You have clicked on an invalid link. Please make sure that you have typed the link correctly. If are copying this link from a mail reader please ensure that you have copied all the lines in the link.

 

When I am trying to login to through this link (https://tsheets.intuit.com/ ) I am getting the following error:

We couldn't find a QuickBooks Time account associated with this User ID or email address.

Try signing in with another User ID or email address, or contact your admin.

 

Please help in resolving the issue.

Hello Dev15, We have looked into this and this can sometimes happen when accepting the invite from a link sent to the email server. There are some steps we can go through to get this sorted for you. Do you get the wrong link message when accepting the invitation if you do that on a mobile device? Thanks
