I have a Mobile Home Park with about 50 units, we invoice Tenants for Water usage after taking meter readings.

 

Now I enter meter readings into an Excel spreadsheet, calculating usage, & then I use Microsoft Word's merge capability to create an invoice for each individual Tenant.

 

Is there an app that I can use to do this that will sync with my quickbooks and also email invoices to Tenants?
