Hi I am based in the UK and am trying to get a new employee added but she keeps telling me the email has not arrived, and she is checking her spam folder as well. Then when I try to invite her by her mobile it says I can only invite her if her mobile number is an American mobile which it isn't, it is a UK mobile ! Please help
