Quickbooks Time / Tsheets - Additional Custom Fields

I would like additional Custom Fields in Quickbooks Time (currently using six and need more).  I completed the Request Additional Fields box a couple of weeks ago but I have not heard anything back.

That is right, the current custom fields a QuickBooks Time account has is 6 active fields. If you need more custom fields, we'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Time support team to expedite the request on your behalf. They can ask for your details in a secure form to help you add more custom fields to your account.

 

Here's how you can contact QuickBooks Time support:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Time account.
  2. Click on the Find answers and get help (?) icon.
  3. Click on Chat Us.

Thanks you Sheila for responding.  However, in my initial question I did say that I had already contacted Quickbooks Support (via the Request More Additional Fields function in Quickbooks Time) and received no response.  I have also attempted to contact Quickbooks Support via the Chat function on many occasions with either no success or no response at all.  I find the lack of support provided by Quickbooks Time to be highly disappointing and virtually non-existent.
