Notifications to clock on and clock off are not received by any of our employees, even though it is switched on. How can we make sure that these reminders are received?

We have integrated timesheet export to QuickBooks using the following API reference. Now timesheet is exported as time activity and not included in the payroll as a timesheet. Hi, I only use the time entry screen to record timesheets to invoice to my client. I used to be able to add comments to each day, but as of July the screen layout changed to a weekly view (which is better) but I can't enter daily comments. How can I do that?
Hi all, We have been using Quickbooks Time to synch invoices to Xero for two years and in the last two week sit is now taking about 2 minutes between each invoice for it to synch to Xero. Is anyone having this issue and resolved the problem? I have called Quickbooks and they have lodged a query but we have 65 invoices a week to do so it is now taking 3 x the amount of time and is just not sustainable. Maybe we have outgrown Quickbooks Time
When entering a new timesheet entry, our default activity was always hours. All of a sudden it is defaulting to sales. How to I change the default back to hours?
When we tried to enter timesheet time using the app on iPhone, we noticed that some of our child jobs are not listed after selecting a parent job from the job list. We had tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but no luck.We are using the app version 3.40.2 with iPhone 12.Android and Desktop are working without any issue.Has anyone experienced this?
We are having issues logging into Quickbooks Time (https://tsheets.intuit.com/) using Google Chrome. Users get a message saying they cannot be found. Have to use Microsoft Edge to log in. Is anyone else having this issue and is Quickbooks planning to fix the issue?
Our new Pay Rate Engine was built for our Australian customers to help meet their more intricate Overtime and Pay Rate needs that our regular settings don’t provide, but it can be added to any account. Here are some notes for setting up this add-on. To get the Pay Rate Engine:Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Pay Rate Engine > InstallOR Company Settings > Payroll & Overtime > Overtime > Use Pay Rate EngineAll Overtime settings must be set up using the Pay Rate Engine after it is added to the account. The Overtime tab will still be in the Advanced section of the Company Settings, but only contains a link to “Manage Pay Rates”. Integrations: Rule of thumb - the PRE is not compatible if the integration does not offer Payroll Item Mapping (Gusto, ADP, etc.). The new billing system by Quick books Times is not a fair system. Previously T sheets used to bill based on the number of staff clocking in the time for the month. In contrast, QBO Times bill based on the active users in the system regardless of whether they clock in for the month or not. We have significant number of casuals in the payroll who does not work regularly for us and a casual working in a month may work after 3 months. This means we have to monitor the system continuously and switch off and on the users so that they are not billed for the month. This is inefficient and systems are supposed to reduce the admin work and automate the process. However, in this instance it is increasing the manual work. Since the introduction of this method, we are paying almost double the usual charge and the worst part is we are paying for employees who did not clock in any time. Hi Our welcome emails for new staff are simply not sending from QuickBooks time. Additionally it's very difficult to contact support for this. Why is it so hard to open a support ticket for such a serious issue which is effecting our business significantly on a daily basis? Why are you only running chat support on US Pacific time when the support team is clearly off-shore anyway?Not making sense to me. Also so many things broken since Intuit took over the platform. Do you have a desire to keep Australian customers in T-Sheets, or is the intent to scare us all off?
I have 8 employees and have used TSheets/Quickbooks Time for 7 years. The GPS has stopped working suddenly on everyone's devices. I was on the phone to Quickbooks Time support and it took them three hours to tell me that it was a GPS issue in our location and they had no idea why it wasn't tracking and could not understand what the app even tracked... I had to explain what the dots and blue line meant. I used another GPS tracking app and it works perfectly so no GPS issues locally. I have done the recommended troubleshooting. Is anyone else having the same problem since the last app update?
We have one employee who is not populating in the Xero Payweek to push into Xero from Quickbooks Time. What can I do to fix this issue? All other employees fall into the correct payweek and have checked all settings in both Xero and Quickbooks Time and they appear to be the same.
