Timesheet Export integration

We have integrated timesheet export to QuickBooks using the following API reference. Now timesheet is exported as time activity and not included in the payroll as a timesheet. Can you please guide what is wrong in the integration?

Hi Vertex360,

 

Let's check the following trouble shooting steps to help you export the timesheet in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Click on Manage Employees.
  3. Click on Import timesheets.
  4. Select QuickBooks (Import timesheets from).

 

Then, check if the timesheets is imported by going to Manage Employees, click on Approve Timesheets. You can then add the timesheet to the pay run.

 

If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can take a look of your payroll settings in a secure form.
