Notes to the Financials

Hello everyone,

 

I'm preparing financials for the 2021 Year..

Can someone please tell me how I can show the note to the financials?

The 2020 year shows the notes but the 2021 does not?

Hi jwongsee,

 

Thanks for getting back to us. 

 

Let's use the following steps below to help you customise the notes for the report. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Select Management Reports, then in the Actions column for the SPFR, select the drop-down arrow icon.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. You can edit any of the pages in the SPFR; Select Preliminary pages on the left side of the screen to edit the Compilation Report and the Director's Declaration. 

If this is not what you mean, I would recommend checking in with our Customer Care Team. That way, they can further help check your account in a secure form.

I'm using Quickbooks online accountant

I choose

- reports option

 - management reports

 - SPFR Company

  - enter the dates 

Perhaps it may be may settings but I did not touch any settings to produce the financials.
