'Sales by Product/Service Summary' when l select this quarter , l cannot see the detail as monthly just l can see the total quantity. is there any possible to see it also montly. For example l wanna see a report annually so l can analysis which month that product was popular for my customers

Hi I'm having difficulty finding a report that will show the revenue we can expect to receive this month. I'd like the report to display the invoices that are due for payment this month, as well as income received from customers who have already paid this month. Basically, all debit transactions and all due invoices on a monthly basis. Thank you
I have a custom management report that is updated and used monthly.I was able to preview and export as pdf 3 days ago and now when I try to preview or export as PDF the error "Something's not working" appears.I have cleared cache, tried opening in incognito window and still "Something's not working"

Hi all, Can I know is there any reports that we can generate for inventory that is Service Type in QuickBooks Online? I have tried Inventory Valuation Detail Report but it does not giving out any result even there are transactions in these type of inventory.I would like to have the Date, Transaction Type, Invoice number, Customer name, Quantity, Unit price, Amount and Total Balance for each Service type inventory in the report. Currently, I am generate excel from Run Report in Products and Services. It only allow to Run Report and download the excel 1 by 1. Thanks. Regards,Ace
Hi, I find report filters quite odd. On the one hand, we have definitions of this year, this quarter, last year last FY. On the other hand, when I want to filter timesheets for last week it starts on a Sunday when my settings say week starts on Monday. I can't group by fortnightly/bi-weekly periods for some bizarre reason. Where can I change these definitions?

Hi, I am playing around with a trial of QB to see if it is suitable for my purposes. at the moment I use reckon which seems to be the most customisable platform, even though it seems cumbersome and outdated We are wholesalers who pay a royalty to the designers of our products fortnightly. In Reckon, I have added 2 custom fields per product. One which holds the Royalty value for sales within Australia/New Zealand and one that holds the royalty value for rest of the world sales… i then has a custom field for our customers that lets me know if they are a AU/NZ or ROW customer. from there I can run a report that has all sales including the 2 custom product fields and the custom customer field that I then import into excel and create a royalties report per designer… hopefully that is as clear as mud… is there anyway I can do this sort of thing with QB?
When I go to run a report from my chart of accounts, and say I select Staff Wages, the report generated brings up all the accounts classified under Staff Wages, however at the top of report it tells me that the account I selected (staff wages) the 'value is not valid' and has a red border around it. Even though there is an account called 'staff wages'. It then does not allow me to export this report to excel. I have added an attachment to show this.

I need the following-Date-Type-No-Payee-Category-GST-AmountI can make reports that has some of this information but not all, In particular I’m finding it hard to add in the category. Quckbooks has a pleasing set of Accounts Types, matching those you would expect to be using in just about all Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Reports. However, my classically trained view of a Profit Loss account is this: Incomeless Costs of Goods Soldgives Gross Profitless Expensesgives Operating Profitplus Other Incomeless Other Expensesgives Net Profit (Called Net Earnings in QB Online) The key points to this arrangement are the ideas that a management accountant is interested in being able to notice and evaluate changes in income and expenditure in order to inform future business decisions. They do not want these decisions affected by unusual income and expenses that will obscure potential adjustments to the business' operations. These abnormal transactions are kept separate by putting them to accounts in the Other Income and Other Expense Account Types which are then used to adjust the Operating Profit to give the Net Profit for the period. The Inventory Valuation Summary Report is not categorizing my items properly, but the detailed report does so without any problem.
I am trying to share Custom Reports I have written with new users on Quickbooks. The system will not save the 'All' option when Select it in the Share with box. It keeps saying there is another report with the same name even when I have given the report a new name or even when I have created a brand new report.,
