Where is the Create (+) icon for making a journal entry?

I cant find the create icon for making a journal entry

Hi swictreasurer-

 

The Create (+) icon is now the + New icon. See below. 

 

 

This can be found in the top left hand side of your screen. 

 

Take a look and let me know how you go.
