QBO report showing revenue to be received this month

Hi 

 

I'm having difficulty finding a report that will show the revenue we can expect to receive this month. 

 

I'd like the report to display the invoices that are due for payment this month, as well as income received from customers who have already paid this month. 

 

Basically, all debit transactions and all due invoices on a monthly basis.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There are multiple reports we can run to view debit transactions and invoice due in QuickBooks Online. You can run report like Customer Balance Detail, Open Invoices and Invoices and Received Payments report. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Search the Customer Balance Detail, Open Invoices and or Invoices and Received Payments.
  3. Select a Report period and ageing method.
  4. Click on Run report.

Repeat the same process for other reports we can run in QuickBooks Online. You can also export the report through excel.
