Add direct debit to an my account as the direct debit is set up currently on the wrong account seeing in have two accounts under the same email address

Hello there, @pablo-jones1974.

 

There are payment methods to change your direct debit to pay your QuickBooks Online subscription.

  • Only an admin can update payment info for your account.
  • You need to update payment info in QuickBooks Online using a web browser. You won't be able to update payment information from the mobile app.

To change the payment method here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. In the Payment method section, select Edit ✎.
  3. Select Bank Transfer, then enter your account info.
  4. Select Save.
