advanced search function, customizing to show more info on output

Is there a way when doing an Advanced Search to add another column to the displayed results?

 

(Now:  DATE; TYPE; NO.; CONTACT; MEMO/DESC.;AMOUNT; LAST MODIFIED DATE)

 

Specifically, I would like to add a BALANCE DUE column in addition to the columns shown above.

 

Is this possible?

This is a great functionality, mwhite69.

 

The new Advanced Search feature allows us to add balance due. However, this is only available in the US versions.

 

I understand the importance of having the option to customize the filters when locating transactions in QuickBooks Online. I encourage sending feedback directly to our Product Development team. They review all the feature requests to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. 

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions, then select Next.
  3. Select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

 

In the meantime, you can run reports to help you view the balance due to your customers and the amount you owe to your vendors.
