Hello, @kanddprojects.

I appreciate you reaching out to us here in the Community. I can share information about printing CIS statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, there is. You can run the CIS Payment and Deduction Statement report to print the CIS statements for each of your subcontractors. Here's how to do it:

  1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu on the left pane.
  2. Enter/select CIS Payment and Deduction Statement in the search field.
  3. Click on Customize.
  4. Filter the date period.
  5. Under the Filter section, select the sub-contractor you have.
  6. Press Run report after.
  7. Select the Print icon beside the small envelope/email.

You can also email individual reports or save them as PDFs by clicking the available buttons on the page.

I'll add this article that tackles customising reports in QBO for further guidance: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

In case you want the same customization settings for future use, you can take a look at this article for more information: Memorise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have follow-up questions about printing reports or anything else. I'll be more than happy to assist. Keep safe.
