Question

Balance sheet is not showing the correct P

When you click on the figure in the BS it is only for a 5 day period and not the whole year!

Helllo SKBookking, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

On the balance sheet report have you changed the information in the top boxed section so for example period report change it from last month to this calendar year to date then click on run report and ti will show you all the information based on what you have entered/selected in the top boxes.

I am running custom date range 06.04.19 to 05.04.20, but when you drill down on the Profit for the Year figure the date range is 1 to 5 April 2020.  I have always been able to use custom date ranges and get the correct information so am not sure why it has started doing this?

I understand how difficult this is for you. However, I suggest that you perform some simple troubleshooting and delete your browser's cache and cookies.

 

Steps here: 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Use other browsers like incognito, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
