My banking is connected and pulling transactions through ok. However, the payment date in QB is different to the actual transaction date on my banks statements. They can be out by up to 2 days.

Hi there, alphamotion.

It can take several days for transactions to clear in your bank. This might be the reason it shows a different date compared to what you've entered in QBO.

QuickBooks depends on the information shared by the financial institution. With this, I suggest changing the date to match with what's on your statement. To do that, you need to match the transactions on your Banking page.

Here's how:

1. Click the Banking tab at the left panel. Then the Banking section.

2. Go to For Review tab and choose the transaction that shows a match to expand the view.

3. Select the link next to each record to get more details or to review the transaction.

4. Hit Match.
