Budget v Actual Reports. Can the order be changed to Budget - Actual; instead of Actual - Budget.?

There is no way to change the order the report displays its columns. Please use the feedback tool under the cog wheel to suggest this directly to the developers, they will then look into implementing this into future updates if possible.

The workaround would be to export the report to Excel and edit it manually.
