Can anyone help , I seem to have cash deposits appearing in my vat report box 1 details as well as weekly takings which should only appear?

Help has arrived, fryingmachine. I'm determined to help you view the cash deposits in QuickBooks.

To successfully view the cash deposits on the VAT report, make sure that the transactions entered in QuickBooks Online have the correct VAT codes. Also, the date should be within the VAT return date period.

If the details are correct, I'd suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This is a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

Once signed in, run the report. If it works,  let's clear the browser's cache. This improves the performance of the program.

If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using different browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
