Can I, after making a journal, the journal entries have appeared on the journal report but the amounts are still on my 'to be reviewed page' just click add for them?

If the journal line and transaction are the same amounts this should offer a match - adding this from the for-review tab would duplicate the entry and post twice to the accounts. 

If you do not see a match, check the amounts and dates are the same. Alternatively, you can exclude the transaction in the bank account if the journal entry is already accounting for this correctly.
