I've got some tips to share with you about your concern with customer statements format, @mcma632607.

Currently, the option to modify the orientation of the customer's address on statements is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Statements get the layout from the sales invoice set up. So, you can try adjusting the font for invoices or the invoice type or the left/right alignment (the cog in the top right>custom form styles>edit on the default one>content) and then save and go back to statements and see if that works for you.
