Can I run a report which shows my debtors as at a certain date?

Hello there, @eileen-mgs2018.

There are several QuickBooks reports that you can customise to a specific date range. I can walk you through in generating one.

Here’s how:

1. Click the Reports menu.
2. Under the Who owes you section, choose either:
   • Account Receivable Ageing Detail Report​​​
   • Accounts Receivable Summary Report 
     

      

1. • Customer Balance Detail 

      

   • Customer Balance Summary 

     3. Choose the Date Range in the Report Period section.

      4. Click the Run Report button.
