Can you add sales rep code to customer account, so reports can be specified against a sales rep?

It isn't possible to add a code to customer profiles for reporting purposes. If you would like to submit this as an idea for future development, please see our QuickBooks Idea Exchange board.

As a workaround to this, you could use Tags (with a separate tag for each sales rep) to gain insights into performance. Tags are assigned at a transaction level and they don't impact your books. For further information, see our guide on what are tags and why should I use them?
