I used to get both from my home screen but that facility has disappeared

Can I check which web browser you are using?

You should be able to access the Dashboard and Reports from the left navigation menu, though some unsupported browsers have display issues with this.

For best user experience we recommend using Google Chrome for QuickBooks Online.
