Cost Value Reconcilliation

Hello I would like to complete reconciliation on projects of value (sales invoice revenue) against project cost (ie not overhead). What is the best way to achieve this and what is the best report to use to export value and cost by project thank you

Welcome to Community, @ben72.

 

I'll share some insights about reconciling the project's cost value. You can use the Project Profitability report to know how much you're making or losing on the project. Other reports you can look up are Unbilled Time and Expenses and Time cost by employee or vendor. Here's how to get there.

 

  1. Go to Projects.
  2. Choose the project you want to reconcile with.
  3. Tap the Project Reports tab.
  4. Select the report you want to review and then click the View link.
