Custom Summary Report (QBO + version) - UK

Hello everyone.

 

I have a subscription with QBO Plus UK edition and I am looking for the Custom Summary Report feature of which I cannot find in the company. Is there suppose to be this feature? Also, with our external accountant (QBO Accountant) he has this feature on his company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have seen that of the QB experts mentioned that it is available - or might be referring to the international version? I'd appreciate if someone can point me on the right direction.

Thanks for your post. The screenshot above relates to the US product however you should have access to this from your UK version. 

 

Can I check the cluster number which appears at the start of your URL when signed into QuickBooks (e.g. C14) and your user-type in QuickBooks, to see if we have any reported issues with this? 

 

As a workaround, please click here to open the URL for this report - as long as you're signed into QuickBooks on the same browser you should be re-directed straight away.  👩‍💻

    The link is indeed the workaround - though I must say I cannot find any digit similar to what has been mentioned.

    Hello there, @Ecoboy101,

     

    I appreciate you for utilising the workaround provided by my peer above to locate the said report. 

     

    I'm here to provide a screenshot where you can check the cluster number. 

     

    Here's what it looks like: 

     

    After that, you can customise the said report to format things just the way you want it. 

     

    I also recommend memorising the report to save its current customisation settings. This way, you can quickly access it in the Custom Reports tab.
