Customizing Management Reports - Page Orientation and removing pages

I made a custom management report template, but have 2 issues:

  1. Blank pages
I have no need for the Preliminary pages nor Endnotes. On each of these two sections there is an option available as follows: "include this page". I purposefully do not tick off this option, because I do not want to include these pages. Quickbooks however keeps automatically adding these two blank pages to my report, whether I tick it off or not. How do I get rid of these pages?
  2. Page Orientation
Quickbooks is automatically changing the page orientation of some of my added reports. Some is in portrait and some in landscape. One report is an eyesore as the per line detail is too much for portrait viewing. Can I change it to landscape somehow? Alternatively, can I edit the column widths or text size ?

Many thanks.

Hi @Dominiquegrey,

Currently, we have an on-going issue where users are seeing the Endnotes page when the option to Include this page is not selected.

Rest assured our engineering team is all hands in working to fix this issue.

In the meantime, you have the option to re-select the option to Include this page. Then click Print or Preview to review the selection changes before saving your customize Management reports.

With this, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. And will be notified through your email once an update is available.  Just Go to the Help icon and click the Contact Us button.

Lastly, the option to change the orientation of your reports included in Management reports is not available. It will automatically display its original orientation just as before added to your Management reports.

We thank you for your patience while we're working for a fix. Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be always around to help.

Dear QuickBooks Just to inform you that the inability to be able to set the preferred orientation of a schedulde report is quite an irritating feature. Scheduled reports are a major benefit and saves a lot of time (particularly if you don't have to think about it) but not being able to set the orientation basicially nullifies the feature. It is so difficult to read some reports taht they have each to be done manually to get into the corrcet format. This should not be the case. This is almost as bad as not having the abilty to put the customer's name on an invoice (opps, did I hot a nerve?).
