The stored data in your browser may result in unexpected behaviours. Let's access your account using a private or incognito browser to isolate this concern. 

 

Here's are the keyboard shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P 
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 

If the dashboard works,  you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough. If the issue persists, you can refer to this article for more possible scenarios which may be causing the problem: QuickBooks Online Doesn't Load Correctly or Has Blank Pages.
