Dashboard sales don't match profit and loss?

Why does my dashboard sales show more than my sales in the profit and loss report? Both are for current financial year. It's showing £4498.91 more!?

I can tell why dashboard sales don't match with what's on the Profit and Loss report, sales254.

Not all sales transactions are displayed on the dashboard. QuickBooks only displays the invoices and sales receipts to calculate the sales amount on the Dashboard area.

The Profit and Loss report shows your income, expenses, and net income. Hence, the amount shouldn't match with what's on the dashboard.

I'm adding this article to learn how the dashboard works: Your business dashboard details in the QuickBooks Online app.

You can get more insights into your business performance by customizing the report. To do so, check out this link and learn how to get the most out of your financial statements: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
