Does anyone know how to fix this problem - I needed to reconnect to paypal but its saying some information isn't right, even though it is? really frustrating!

Let's start by using an incognito window in accessing your QuickBooks (QBO. Here's how: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you’re able to re-establish the connection, shift back to your regular browser to clear its cache. This will refresh and log you out of any webpage to improve your browsing experience.

 

Otherwise, use another supported browser. It might be that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

 

Additionally, you can visit and browse some Help articles in case you need help with other tasks in QBO. Just look for responses that fit your concern.
