Does anyone know why I don't have a 'reports only' option when adding a user?

The reports only users are only available on QuickBooks Plus subscriptions, please click here for our full breakdown on the different users available with each plan.

What options are you getting when you add a user?

Hi Ashleigh I only have the option of Standard user, company admin or time tracking only. On another account, I have an extra option of 'reports only' but not on this particular one for some reason.
