Error 509 when trying to connect to barclays bank. fine upto trying to renew for next 3 months have reported to quickbooks many times have tried everything nothing works.

Hello, l-aconley.

 

I'd like to share some information regarding the error your getting when connecting Barclays Bank in QuickBooks Online. We're receiving reports that other users are getting this issue as well.

 

We're currently tracking those customers who are affected by this issue and we are working closely with Barclays to provide Open Banking connections for as many banking products as possible.

 

We've already submitted a ticket about this issue and our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.

 

In the meantime, I'd still suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. This way you'll be added to the lists of affected users and have them attach your account to the INV-44222. Any progress will be communicated via email.
