I am trying to export a trial balance to an Excel file from Quickbooks Online. The resulting file has all values as zeroes. Exporting to a PDF shows the correct numbers. How do I export a proper trial balance to Excel (or CSV) file?

Normally, the exported data is in Protected View to protect your computer from viruses. However, since it is coming from us, we can guarantee that it's virus-free. Therefore, you'll want to click on Enable Editing so you can see the figures on your report.
