Hi All, I'm capturing reciepts, which is very useful, and there is a loud noise everytime the camera focuses. How can I turn off the noise? Thanks.

Hello Richardjamesgard. If you go into your phone settings it's likely coming from the enabling of the camera within the QuickBooks app permissions. What make of phone are you using?-Emma

I've been into my phone settings and the camera settings and switched everything off and even put headphones in the phone but it still makes a noise.

I have a Samsung S10.

Thanks for checking and getting back to us with that info Richard, does this noise occur exclusively when using QuickBooks app, do you have any other apps which use the camera? Is the noise the same as your general camera when focusing?
