Hi as any one had a issue with downloading banks statements and Quickbooks does not accept bank format/layout of statement

Hello there, keithlevers.

 

When your bank is not downloading new transactions in QuickBooks Online, we can do the manual update. 

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Banking > For Review..
  2. Click the Update button.

If there are no new transactions, please make sure to check on your bank's website if they are not having some maintenance. You can also check the other solutions in this article: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

 

On the other hand, you can manually import your bank transactions using the Web Connect or CSV file. I've got these articles for the steps:
