Question

Hi, my connection to Capital One has been down since 11 Apr, anyone else have problems. I have reported it but no progress as yet. Looks to be the wrong weblink on QB ?

Hello Holidays

 

Can we just confirm are you using QuickBooks Self Employed or QuickBooks Online?What url does it direct to when you log in to Capital one?

Quickbooks online

 

Had a connection working fine for many years

You have this link pre populated

http://www.capitalone.co.uk/youraccount/index.jsf

which cannot be amended and takes you to this page

which asks another option about credit cards or creditwise?

Which I wonder whether it gets stuck here but just a thought.

The link I log into is

https://myaccount.capitalone.co.uk

which brings you straight to the log in page

Hello Russell,

 

We are aware of the issue connecting to CapitalOne - they have updated their site, which has stopped QuickBooks from being able to connect. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue with the bank as quickly as possible.

 

Did you report this via our support line?
