Hi, when I send statements to clients, the statements are not being cc'd to me, even though it works for invoices. How do I fix this?

I looked into this further to see if there’s an open investigation or reports about being unable to receive carbon copies of emailed statements. However, I found none.

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. First, let's review the setup of the Messages feature and make sure to mark the box for Email me a copy.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Sales on the left panel, then click on the Pencil icon for Messages.
  3. Go to the Email message section, then check the setup.
  4. If it's correct, click on Save and Done

Next, close and reopen your company. Then, try sending another statement or sales templates using a different email.

 

This will help us identify if the issue is with the template or the email address.
