How can I change the default period when I click Run Report from Chart of accounts?

The default period for a report seems to be 'Last 90 days' and I would like to change this to 'This year to date'. How?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

There is no way of being able to change the default from the 'last 90 days' to 'this year to date' it would be a case of having to change it each time you run a report. You can leave this as feedback within the main cog wheel it gets sent straight to the developers.
