Hi, @kimway-regionall. I can help you with changing the statement ending date for your completed reconciliation.

Once an account is reconciled, the only way to modify it is to undo the reconciliation. You can either undo it manually or ask for some help from an accountant.

Accountants who are using QuickBooks Online  Accountants (QBOA) have a tool to undo the reconciled transactions at once. I'm adding this link for the details: Undo a client’s reconciliation in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Otherwise, you can do it manually following these steps:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account and select View register
  3. Find and select the transaction you want to unreconcile.
  4. Click the box with an "R" multiple times until it's blank, then Save it.
    • R means reconciled
    • C means cleared
    • Blank will remove the transaction from the reconciliation.
  5. Repeat the same steps for other transactions.

You can check out this article as your guide: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you're now ready to reconcile it again using the correct statement ending date.
