How do I create a JV report for the prior month?

Downloading a Journal report can be done with ease, @lynda-crawford.

To clarify, are you trying to download journal entries you've manually entered? The steps below will ensure your success.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Search for "Journal" and select it.
3. Modify the reporting period to last month.
4. To show entries entered manually, click on the Customize button.
5. Go to the Filter section.
6. From the Transaction Type dropdown menu, select the Journal Entry box.
7. Click Run report.
8. To download it, click the Export icon and select Export to Excel. 
9. You can memorize it to save its current customization settings.
