How do I find a customer if I only have a Statement number on my Bank feed?

Greetings, Richard. We're grateful to have you here. Let me help you look for your customer in the Bank feed section. 

In the Banking transactions, there are certain sections that you need to tick to show it on the For review section. From the Banking menu, there's a Gear icon on the lower right. Tick the Payee box to view them in the For review section.

However, if the Payee section has checked, then the customer doesn't show. We recommend contacting your bank since QBO only depends on the details your bank is providing. It might be that there are new updates from your bank system.
