How do I get support?

Hi, 

I've asked a question about decimal points (for example) but not yet got an answer. There also seem to be lots of unanswered questions? 52 pages of them? 

Do Intuit support teams look at these as well as Community? 

Would really appreciate some help with my question...

Hi. thanks for replying, here's my query re decimal points...

Hello, 

I'm trying to change my decimal points options and have followed this advice....

Here's how:
  1. At the top right, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left pane, select Advanced.
  4. Click anywhere inside Other preferences.
  5. Select your preferred Number format on the drop-down.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Hit Done.

 

However, ALL the options i see all have 2 decimal places and I cant edit this to zero?

Also can different reports be customised to show different decimal place settings ?

Very grateful for any help here,

So it is not possible to do this it will always do 2 decimal places and the only thing that may show differently on the reports is the exchange rate.
