How do I make the financial year end an exact date mid month?

Thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community, @greggagri. 

Currently, there isn't an option to change the financial year-end to an exact date for mid month. 

As an alternative, you'll need to run any financial reports, such as Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss. Then, you'll have to manually open each transaction to edit the dates for mid month. Here's how: 

1. Go to Reports from the left menu. 
2. In the Business overview section, select Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss. 
3. On the report screen, set the date range on the Report period drop-down. 
4. Click each transaction to manually change the dates.
