Printing off your customer statements is easy in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'm here to show you how, @border_plumbing-.

When customers have outstanding balances or invoices that will soon be overdue, you can send them their statements (Balance Forward, Open Item, and Transaction Statements). These are gentle and detailed reminders about their upcoming deadlines.

To print off your statements, here's how:

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Statement under the Other  column.
  3. In the Statement Type dropdown, select the customer statement type (Balance Forward, Open Item, or Transaction Statement).
  4. Select the dates for the statements and the date range.
  5. Review the customer's email addresses.
  6. Select Print or Preview.
  7. Click Print in the Print Statement window.

You can also create a customer statement through the Customers menu and view current ones in the All Sales tab. Then, there are a few customisation options for statements in QBO. If you want to learn more about them, please see this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

Then, you can also pull up the Statement List report. This will also let you view and print all your statements in QBO. To do this, go to the Who owes you section from the Reports menu's Standard tab.

Also, I would encourage you to checkout one of our Help pages if you want to learn more topics about managing your company's income and customers in QBO: Sales and Customers Help for QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about managing payments, customer statements, and customising sales forms, to name a few.

Let me know in the comments if there's anything else you need and concerns about statements and managing customer transactions in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care always, @border_plumbing-.
